Creepy Little Girl

Jennie DeVore (who doesn't have a website or a blog but should because her art is awesome!) painted me!
I'm super delighted with how it came out :)

It's based on this picture of me from my Little Black Dress photoshoot :)

Everything's Coming Up Milhouse!

So big news of the past few days is that I'm now agency represented!
Here I am on The Twisted's page for their ladies that they represent in the North of England :)
I also have a press pass for M'era Luna again this year and will be doing a piece for a future issue of The Twisted Agency's online magazine Twisted Edge about the festival (if you're going to the festival this year and happen to spot me come say hi!).
I'm also featured on Beonscreen's Wall of Fame down near the bottom of the page talking about my appearances on Snog, Marry, Avoid and the E4 Fashion show I filmed last September.

Recent makes

The first is a Steampunk half mask that I "blinged up" from a base that Queenie gave me for the Steampunk shoot I did a few weeks back, this design needs a little more tweaking I think so that it will sit right.

And this I made a few days days back, Queenie made the bat. I'm quite pleased with this one and I'm thinking of making a few pieces of bat jewellry to sell at the Bram Stoker film festival this year :)

Little Black Dress Shoot

This shoot by Y77MJB

I went for more of a minimalist Gothic look with this shoot.

A lot of the shoot is also portraiture as I needed a snazzy new headshot for when I'm applying for extras work.

Full set on my like page :)

Dior Visits Russia

Just found this lovely little interview with Kouka and thought I'd share. There's some fabulous little bits of footage of some gorgeous vintage Dior in here, well worth a look.

Review: Compeed Blister Plasters

I run three times a week and blisters are a problem for me (especially in the heat of the past few weeks!) so when I found out I'd be sent some of these by BzzAgent to test out, I was very interested to see if these plasters lived up to their promise.
Regular plasters don't really seem to offer any pain resistance at all (and in some cases I find they even make them worse!), but I'm delighted to say that the medium ones I've tried on my ankle (where the top of my trainer rubs ouch!) provide an immense amount of pain relief. I haven't yet tried the heel ones as my heels have been blister free up until now (will report back when I try those ones) but the medium kind are pretty fantastic compared to normal plasters. I don't really think they heal the blisters any faster though.

Lolita 52 Challenge - Week 25 - Best places to wear Lolita

I wear Lolita in all sorts of places, so this is kind of an odd question, so for me I guess the answers are "anywhere you feel comfortable wearing Lolita" and "Wherever a person with a camera may be!" haha

Also check out my interview with Goth Girl of the Week that went live today! *clicky*

Today I harvested some if the blackcurrants with my grandma, some are still green and may take a few more weeks before they can be picked. I also took some leaves to make tea :)
