We build all these walls up around ourselves.
They aren't physical walls, but emotional barriers to stop us getting hurt.
Sometimes though they do more harm than good.
Maybe we need to hurt now and then?
So long as there are more good feelings than bad surely it's ok?
When I was younger I tried to build walls, but they were just falling in on me the whole time.
I was trying to stop myself from hurting but I was just hurting myself more.
That was stupid.
I'm glad I'm braver now.
