Spicy Bean Burgers and Rissotto

Well it's not really rissotto because it's the wrong kind of rice, but it was delicious!

Veggies in there are half an onion, two mushrooms, two small candy striped beetroot and a handful of spinach that I stirred in after I turned off the heat.
