I had a bit of food experimentation last night, I cooked a couple of fake chicken pieces in a broth of vegetarian miso soup with some onions, a chilli and a cup of quinoa in the oven until the juice was all soaked up.
It was incredibly delicious, surprisingly creamy tasting.
