That's kind of a strangely worded question, I'm not really sure how you can have a best DIY disaster.
Anyhow...
I'm pretty sure my best piece of DIY is my skull JSK.
As for the worst?
Probably the time I forgot to add ease to a shirt I was making and it didn't fit...Ooops :/
